During the application process you will have the option to add TDS, TPOS or both to your Money Shield membership. Once you have chosen your package, in order to complete your application you simply need to:

  • Complete a Fit and Proper Person Test
  • Complete a The Letting Partnership HealthCheck or Money Shield Accountant's Report
  • Provide evidence of professional indemnity insurance
  • Supply details of your independent redress membership (if not joining TPO)

We also recommend that you read the Money Shield Scheme Rules before applying. 

Please note Money Shield is unable to cover Block Management, Guaranteed Rent or Holiday Lets.
